For any computer connected to the GRIN network (basically everything except the MathLAN), there are several one word URLs that can be typed into a web browser to take you to certain college websites.
bookstore - Grinnell College Bookstore
calendar - Campus calendar
db - Campus directory
help - ITS Hotlines (also “kbox1”)
www.lib - Burling library home (the www is important, so perhaps this isn’t technically a one word, but close enough)
pweb - Pioneer web (also “pioneerweb” or “blackboard”)
pdid - Pioneer Digital Image Database
mail - Outlook Web Access (also “cas2”)
tcdb - TCDB home page (also “ucdb” for historical reasons)
web - Grinnell home page (also “www” or the two word grin.edu)
